Architectural Technologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Pertemps TM. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawing packages and managing projects on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out AutoCAD-based drawing tasks, producing drawings from notes and amending incoming drawings as required.
• Follow company procedures and quality assurance guidelines.
• Collect data on site, including conducted measured surveys.
• Prioritise work in consultation with team managers and associates.
• Liaise and communicate with various consultants.
• Stay up-to-date with the UK's building regulations.
• Carry out planning applications.
• Opportunities for project management may arise depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK's building regulations.
• Experience in preparing detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
• Possession of a passion for traditional or listed buildings, with experience in this field desirable but not essential.
• The role would suit someone early in their career with a desire to develop their design skills.
