We are seeking a hands-on operator to lead our popular village pub, known for its real ales and traditional food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing great hospitality and engaging with the local community.

The Watts Arms is a two-storey brick-built pub with a tiled roof, located in the centre of the village of Hanslope. The pub trades to a high standard, with a central bar serving an L-shaped trading area broken down into games, lounge, and dining areas. The pub has a smoking area and a large garden to the rear, with outbuildings offering further development potential.
Business OpportunitiesThe pub has a great opportunity to develop both the wet and food sides of the business, with a focus on expanding the real ales portfolio and improving the traditional food offer. The fair and maintainable trade turnover for the site is £375,574 net per annum, with a 80/20 split between wet and food sales.
