About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction safety and business assurance services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with bidding and proposal writing to secure new projects and clients.
  • Oversee infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of project deliverables, including audits, inspections, and management system reviews.
  • Offer support and contribute ideas to innovative delivery methods, enhancing our services and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our Birmingham team on projects and delivery as part of our national team.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate holds or is working towards CMIOSH status or equivalent.
  • Ideal candidate holds a degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.
  • Experience in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
  • Experience working with large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water.
  • Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client.
