We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced science teacher to join our faculty as an Academy Tutor for Science at Hailsham Community College. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and achievement
- Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their teaching practices
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance student outcomes
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for science education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Benefits and Salary- A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience
