  • Support children in small groups, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure that the aims and objectives of the school are met
  • Prepare materials, set up equipment, and maintain a tidy and organized learning environment
  • Supervise individual and small groups of pupils during lessons and breaks
  • Support pupils with specific tasks and activities, both individually and in small groups
  • Keep accurate records of pupils' progress and achievement, in line with school procedures
  • Contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the school
