Lead a Thriving Court Department

We are seeking an experienced Court Lawyer to head up our Court Department, focusing on Family and Civil/Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Sheriff Court and Court of Session work in the Highlands and Islands.

The Role
  • Lead a team of fee-earners and legal support staff in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Manage a varied caseload, including Family and Civil/Commercial Litigation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and excellence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Partnership opportunities available for experienced candidates
The Candidate
  • Proven experience in Family and/or Civil & Commercial Litigation
  • Employment law experience a plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a personable and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new areas of Court work
