We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our Calvert Area team based near Buckingham. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and coordination of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development of construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
- Liaise with our Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works.
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
- Coordinate construction operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain a high level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
- Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
We are looking for a candidate with a HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent, combined with practical experience in site engineering and construction supervision. You must hold SMSTS and CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red-Experienced, Black-Manager, or Gold-Supervisor certifications and a full driving license.
