About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Digital Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Group Informatics Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transformation of services through the effective utilisation of technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to governance meetings, including preparation of agenda and supporting papers, and accurate minute taking.
  • Experience in financial processes for ordering and receipting.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of business change, project and programme delivery.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • GCSE's - Grade A-C / Degree or equivalent or relevant experience.
Experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of working within a complex organisational environment involving project / programme / portfolio / business support work.
Governance Support
  • Provision of support to governance meetings including preparation of agenda and supporting papers, and accurate minute taking.
Financial Processes
  • Experience in financial processes for ordering and receipting.
