Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Specialist Resource Base in WN4. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who may struggle to engage in mainstream classrooms, providing focused support to promote positive behavior and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with pupils in KS3/4, ensuring they stay on task and helping them engage positively with their work.
  • Provide support to students who may struggle to engage in mainstream classrooms.
  • Work closely with the school's Specialist Resource Base to create a supportive and structured environment where all students can succeed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with pupils who have additional learning needs or who display challenging behavior is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: Earn up to £95 per day.
  • Immediate start for a Full-Time Behaviour Support Assistant.
  • Initial contract: 1 term, with potential for an extension based on performance and funding.
