Nursery Education Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Academic Leader at Child 1st Day Nursery Group. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in early childhood education, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs.
This challenging yet rewarding position requires a deep understanding of child development theories, as well as the ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs. You will lead by example, inspiring a love of learning in both children and staff alike.
Salary and Package
The remuneration package for this role includes a competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from extra days off for good attendance, flexible scheduling, time off for family events, gift rewards, dress-down days, shift adjustments, discounted nursery fees, access to staff rooms, and no pay deductions for illness or appointments.
