Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23.59 per hour + Benefits, estimated annual salary approximately £48,800 - £54,600 depending on hours worked and qualifications.

About the Role:

As a seasoned Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, you will lead our care team to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment at Crooton Ltd. Your experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential, along with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and monitor nursing delivery to meet residents' needs.
  • Implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference in residents' lives.
  • Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
  • Develop and maintain rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff.
