Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Property Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team at Charalle Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property dispute resolution and excellent client care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property disputes, including leaseholder/freeholder disputes, rent arrears matters, and breach of contract matters.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and obtain regular positive feedback from clients, colleagues, and referrers.
  • Work closely with partners and solicitors to develop client relationship skills and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Comply with risk management processes and policies, and adhere to SRA principles and rules of professional conduct.

Requirements:

  • 3 years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
