Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial agenda and Diageo performance within the given geographic area.
- Secure distribution and pouring agreements across circa 150 outlets for the full Diageo portfolio.
- Deliver a strong return on investment through contractual agreements, leading spend and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers across the year.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and route to markets.
- Ensure high-quality execution and serve standards across the account base.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience within retail, FMCG, or other fast-moving sectors.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and route to markets.
- Commercial competence, with experience working with a P&L and numerate skills.
- Knowledge of the city/area they operate in.
- Target-driven with the ambition to excel within a challenging target-driven environment.
