**Project Overview**

This role is part of a Clean Energy project for an offshore windfarm substation, which will run for approximately 18 months. As a Structural SACS Analyst, you will be responsible for modeling and analyzing the global converter platform structure using SACS.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver high-quality structural engineering using SACS

• Apply engineering principles to solve challenging problems and work effectively within a small team

• Design offshore platforms for oil & gas or offshore wind industries

**Requirements**

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Design Engineering

• Experience of delivering high-quality structural engineering using SACS

• Ability to apply engineering principles to solve challenging problems and work effectively within a small team

• Background in the design of offshore platforms for oil & gas or offshore wind industries

**Desirable Skills**

• Experience of plated steel structures

• Experience of Eurocode 3 (EN 1993-1-5) and DNV-RP-C201

• Experience of performing hand calculations and designs for input to SACS model

• Offshore Wind Foundation design practices and developments

• Offshore wind regulations, codes of practice, and design standards

• Ideally Chartered Engineer or progressing towards charted status
