Financial Administrator to Paraplanner Career Progression Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in preparing suitability reports, managing the LOA end-to-end process, and maintaining client contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in preparing suitability reports
  • Manage the LOA end-to-end process
  • Maintain client contact and deal with all client tasks
  • Arrange and prepare documentation for Advisors
  • Support the team in product research and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 12 months + experience of working within wealth management as a Financial Administrator or client service co-ordinator
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
