The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in Social and Emotional (SEMH) needs. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to support children across Key Stage 1 and 2. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to help students engage with the curriculum and collaborating with the Senco team to ensure comprehensive support for students with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support children with SEMH needs in the classroom
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with the Senco team to ensure comprehensive support for students with SEMH needs
