Job Summary;
MTrec Recruitment is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities;
- Assemble products together by hand, adhering to quality control standards.
- Operate hand scanners to locate and retrieve goods throughout the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Manually stack customer orders onto dispatch wagons, prioritizing timely delivery.
- Load packaging to and from shelves around the warehouse, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Order pick customer orders and label them, preparing for dispatch, while adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Clean the warehouse floor and maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Wear the correct PPE at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements;
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
- A good attitude, team player with a good level of fitness is essential.
- Experience using digital hand scanners to locate orders is beneficial.
- A basic understanding of computing is necessary.
