Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team in Braintree, Essex. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating CNC sliding head machines to produce high-quality components. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC sliding head machines and possess strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for loading and running programs, producing accurate components, and conducting in-process inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and running programs through prove out according to the tools list and works instructions
  • Producing a valid first-off component in line with component drawing and quality requirements
  • Loading and operating machines to meet desired quantities
  • Conducting in-process inspection, checking against drawings and specifications to ensure they are made accurately and to the highest standards.
