We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Services Clinician to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical care for patients in community settings, specifically within Wigan Central and North.


Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of referrals/admissions to the service, identifying areas of risk and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the Care Home Liaison Team to develop and implement effective care pathways, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
  • Lead on the management of risk, including vulnerability, suicide risk, risks to health and safety, and risk of harm to others, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
