The Business Intelligence/Research team at Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking a Research/Insight Executive to join their growing team. Reporting into the Research Manager, the successful candidate will work directly with fellow Research Analysts and Research Managers to design, analyse, and report on research projects relating specifically to Paddy Power.

As a Research/Insight Executive, you will be responsible for acting as the voice of the customer to enable the business to make informed decisions based on customer understanding and insight. This will involve being involved in a variety of research projects at all stages, from project and supplier management through to data analysis and reporting. In time, you may take the lead on some of these projects.

Key skills and capabilities required for this role include strong project management skills, mathematical or numerate experience in research or data driven environments, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel. Experience of research methodologies and working with (or for) research agencies is also highly desirable.
