Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee the induction and training of new staff, ensuring they receive ongoing operational training.
  • Proactively support a high standard of health and safety within the site.
  • Encourage a positive working environment that delivers excellent service levels for customers and captures all possible revenue for the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in a supervisory or team leader role in a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
