We are excited to offer a Career in Electronic Systems Development for a Graduate Electronics Engineer. This role provides an opportunity to work on real-time projects with leading scientists and engineers within a globally renowned company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and engineering principles, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.

Salary: £33,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus.

Location: GB - Southampton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of electronic systems, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, acceptance and product support.
  • Interface with customers (internal and external) on many factors within the design and liaise closely with Engineers from all other disciplines.
  • Design, document, build and test electronics circuits and firmware designs to go into various systems.
  • Engage with technologies across a diverse range of products, including Thermal Imaging Cameras, Vehicle Camera systems, Counter UAV systems, Precision Guidance systems and Electronic Warfare products.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor's/Integrated Master's degree, or a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • Electronics biased degree including modules covering topics such as digital design, analogue design and signal processing.
  • A passion for solving complex engineering problems.
  • The drive to learn the skills required to become a professional Electronics Engineer.
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
