About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our inventory management function, ensuring that our stock levels are optimised to meet customer demand while minimising waste and excess inventory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management processes.
  • Optimise stock levels to meet customer demand while minimising waste and excess inventory.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that inventory levels are aligned with production plans.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on inventory management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful inventory management processes and driving significant business impact.
  • Consumer-centric, commercially aware, and understanding of e-commerce.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes, customer services, and logistics.
  • Comfortable with manual processes and Excel analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
