Job Title: Architectural Technician - Project Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £28,000-38,000 dependent on experience

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Architectural Practice in their search for a skilled Architectural Technician - Project Coordinator. This award-winning practice has earned an excellent reputation for their design flair and commitment to supporting their staff with excellent progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will be a driven and passionate Architectural Technician, who will have post-qualification experience and be a confident user of AutoCAD and Revit. They will be responsible for coordinating projects, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects from conception to completion
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Use AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed designs and models
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
