About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and approachable Street Outreach Worker to join our team at P3 Charity. As a keyworker, you will provide support to individuals across Huntingdonshire, East Cambridgeshire, and South Cambridgeshire who are experiencing social exclusion and need assistance to access housing options and improve their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals to access services that support complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues, mental health concerns, and social exclusion.
  • Provide on-the-spot support and make decisions to address challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals we support.
