Solihull-based Lovin- JobBoard is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join its team. As a full-time, permanent role, you'll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am – 12pm (paid overtime), earning a competitive salary of around £26,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
  • Handling customer enquiries via email and phone, responding promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Contributing to a positive and productive team environment by maintaining open communication and sharing knowledge and ideas.
