Luxury Hotel Seeks Experienced Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our luxury hotel in Leatherhead. As a member of our culinary team, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section in the kitchen, leading a team of chefs, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or equivalent level restaurant and will possess strong leadership and organisational skills. You will also have a passion for creating innovative dishes and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of £30,000 per annum, plus service, and benefits including:

  • 40 hours per week
