About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial building in Knightsbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  • Perform all Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems
  • Conduct duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
  • Emergency light testing

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
