Job Title: Lecturer in Sport and Public Services

Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £28, - £43, per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Sports and Public Services team as a Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering units up to Level 3 in Sport and Public Services, and will have extensive industry experience in the sport and fitness industry, sport coaching, or a public service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students up to Level 3 in Sport and Public Services
- Develop, design, review, and evaluate curriculum and associated learning materials
- Conduct initial assessments, interviews, and inductions of students to learning programmes
- Take on personal tutor duties and provide guidance and support to students
- Participate in the development of the course team and contribute to the design and delivery of learning materials
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 subject specialist qualification or higher
- Relevant industry experience in the subject specialism
- BTEC knowledge is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of the course team
