Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Sheffield. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users, working closely with the Occupational Therapist and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver group and individual interventions, providing feedback to the Occupational Therapist and Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Occupational Therapy treatment plans, based on assessments and identified needs.
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Experience in adult mental health or personality disorder environments.
- Understanding of Occupational Therapy and the process/interventions.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to manage highly demanding clinical presentations.
