We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in West London. As a Band 6 Social Worker, you will empower individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and services to vulnerable populations.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized support plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based harm reduction, health promotion, and relapse prevention strategies.
  • Provide key support for service users transitioning between services, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns with professionalism and care.
Your Benefits

This is an ongoing contract lasting 3-6 months, with potential extension. The schedule is Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm), and we're looking for someone to start ASAP.

Key Requirements
  • Prior social work experience is essential for success in this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £62,000 - £82,000, with the hourly rate at £30. You will also benefit from expert support and competitive pay rates through our partnership with CV-Library.
