Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 15+ operators, overseeing their onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize the production workflow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Material Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials, including purchasing and inventory control.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in the large format print sector.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of similar size and complexity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of large format print machinery and file preparation.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package includes a competitive benefits scheme, including health insurance, pension contributions, and paid time off.
