Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing academic support to pupils
  • Delivering Maths and English interventions
  • Assisting with SEN needs
  • Managing behaviour
  • Supporting the class teacher

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A full DBS on the update service
  2. 2+ years of experience working in a primary school setting
  3. A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification
  4. Experience with small group work supporting curriculum
  5. Knowledge of the curriculum, including Maths and English

Compensation
You will be paid a competitive salary, equivalent to the main or upper pay scale, and participate in our Hays Refer a Friend Scheme. This scheme offers a reward of £350 in high street vouchers. Additionally, you will accrue holiday pay.

Estimated Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum
