Job Title: Academic Progress Advisor

The Role:

  • Manage courses, schedules, and student progress
  • Collaborate with tutors, parents, and students to track study progress, results, and teaching quality and feedback
  • Build relationships both internally and externally to maintain trust and collaboration
  • Effectively communicate feedback to students, parents, and internal teams
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with existing clients, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Business acumen across achieving targets of retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage complaints and suggestions in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, account management, or a transferrable role in the education sector
  • Bilingual (Mandarin speaker and fluent in both oral and written English)
  • Passionate about education and care for students' growth
  • Ability to communicate across both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree or above; education or English majors are preferred

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 + monthly sales commission + quarterly bonus based on performance. In addition, you will have hybrid working options available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
