Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Travel Retail strategy for EMEAI, encompassing both established and emerging markets.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the region, including duty-free operators and distributors.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within challenging markets such as North Africa, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to global standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to optimize operational processes and drive profitability.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving results through effective coaching and mentorship.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and ensure our offerings remain aligned with evolving customer demands.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience within the luxury retail sector, preferably in EMEAI.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Deep understanding of the Travel Retail landscape, including key players, operational models, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
