Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

At MiHomecare Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of care support services to meet the needs of service users.
  • Conduct regular reviews of individual services to ensure they are meeting the needs of service users.
  • Provide supervision and support to care workers in the field to ensure they are competent and confident in their roles.
  • Work collaboratively with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs to ensure comprehensive care planning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
  • Ability to work in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic packages of care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
