Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advisory and compliance services to our clients, working closely with our Partners and senior management to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Assist Partners in providing expert tax advice and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies and solutions
  • Monitor and manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting client expectations
  • Lead compliance and financial planning processes, liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and training to ensure their professional development
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in taxation legislation and provide expert advice to clients and colleagues
  • Support business development strategies, including preparing proposals and marketing initiatives

Requirements:
  • CTA or ACA qualified, with at least 3 years' experience of corporate tax work
  • Strong knowledge of inheritance tax and trusts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
