About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team at Hollywood Bowl Group.
- As a Team Member, you will be at the very centre of the customer's journey, providing an exceptional experience for our customers every time they visit.
- You will be trained across all key areas of the centre, including welcoming customers, hosting parties, and serving food and drink from our bar and diner.
- With our fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career with our apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively at all levels.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high energy levels and a positive attitude.
- Support your colleagues as a friendly, supportive, and helpful team player.
- Be flexible with working hours and shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public school holidays.
