As a Customer Success Partner, you will work alongside the Client Manager as a co-pilot, assisting in the selling of the Maersk Line portfolio to customers. You will be responsible for delivering sales budgets, targets, and KPIs for defined customer accounts, working cross-functionally to bring synergy and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, leading to improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective relationships with customers, selling our products, handling renewals, conducting regular reviews, and managing accounts to contribute to overall volume and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely rate negotiations and processing according to customer requirements and Maersk pricing guidelines, securing maximum business, revenue, and profit for Maersk while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communicate efficiently with clients, serving as a key contact within the sales team, solving problems, handling invoice queries, and identifying solutions to prevent errors impacting collections.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com and others) to record important client information around business opportunities and market feedback, requiring high attention to detail.
  • Work cross-functionally, managing ad-hoc admin tasks, delivering the best possible customer experience, and playing a crucial role in the end-to-end shipment process.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven success in a similar role, with experience working with customers, ideally in shipping and logistics.
  • Some sales experience is beneficial.
  • High-level product understanding, including how it solves different customer pains.
  • Strategic influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
