About the Role

  • Lead a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing guidance and direction to ensure the night shift runs efficiently.
  • Develop and train team members to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the night shift.
  • Ensure compliance with all site Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) rules and regulations.
  • Process Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI) reports to optimize work output from drivers and loaders.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience, with a track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a pressurized environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Transport regulations.
