HAYS Construction and Property are recruiting on behalf of a reputable electrical contractor based in Southampton, specialising in the installation of EV charging hubs. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and supervise the installation of EV charging hubs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and supervisory experience, with a focus on EV infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate the installation of EV charging hubs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential risks.
  3. Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably with experience in EV charging hub installations.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices, with a focus on EV infrastructure.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of electrical technicians.
  4. Valid electrical certification and relevant qualifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
