Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs.

- Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring that medications are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and current legislation.

Requirements
- Experience of delivering nursing care within a mental health care setting.
