We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role

As a Delivery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve delivery targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk for long periods and work in varying weather conditions
