Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 3D Project Manager to manage projects in the hospitality sector at Adore Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the industrial catering field, planning, and the building/construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. They will also be expected to improve project margins and understand budget breakdowns, as well as control site-level installation contracts and quality of workmanship.

The position offers a competitive salary, Monday-Friday working hours, 25 days holiday, and a bonus system. Mileage and train tickets are paid when working away, with no company car provided.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects in the hospitality sector, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  2. Improve project margins and understand budget breakdowns.
  3. Control site-level installation contracts and quality of workmanship.
  4. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety protocols.
  5. Submit relevant paperwork and hand over completed projects with end-user training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in the industrial catering field, planning, and the building/construction industry.
  • A clean driving license and CSCS card.
  • First aid certification available through the company.
