About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Construction Director, Contracts Managers, and site teams on HSE issues.
- Attend pre-commencement meetings to contribute to initial decisions on H&S matters.
- Assist with the completion of the Construction Phase Plan and RAMS documentation.
- Provide regular updates to Directors on site visits and accident/incident investigations.
- Lead on accident/incident investigation and produce detailed reports.
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure safe systems of work are developed and implemented.
- Develop and maintain personal Health & Safety knowledge through continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Formal Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar environment.
