Senior Assurance and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We're seeking a Senior Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our Platform Systems Governance and Assurance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of assurance and compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards, while supporting the development of new facilities and capabilities.
- Assist in creating and managing a risk-based audit schedule and support inspections and recertification processes to ensure clear visibility of outcomes.
- Support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the T&FC Operational Framework and Code of Practice.
- Review and enhance governance structures and arrangements to promote appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM-related subject and proven experience in managing engineering and quality governance activities. They should also possess knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, as well as experience with Engineering Management Plans/Business Management systems/Operational Frameworks.
