This is an exciting opportunity to join Solirius Consulting as a Project Management Specialist. We are a dynamic and innovative company that delivers high-quality digital solutions to clients in the public and private sectors.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception to adoption. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile Delivery, experience in scaled agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of projects;
  • Supporting and advising day-to-day activities of the team;
  • Facilitating key team events and ceremonies;
  • Monitoring spend, reporting progress, and tracking team velocity;
  • Tracking risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies;
  • Clearing hurdles to ensure a clear path for development and delivery;
  • Ensuring successful collaboration within the team and wider project/programme;
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer-focused results;

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions and working with a talented team. If you have experience in Agile Delivery, scaled agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A background in Agile Delivery across the whole lifecycle of technical projects/service development;
  • Strong experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams;
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or similar role;
  • Experience of delivery management in the public sector, in accordance with GDS standards;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken word;
  • Experience of scaled agile methodologies, e.g., SAFe, LeSS etc;
  • Self-awareness and high Emotional Intelligence;
  • Maintaining and reporting on budgets;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include:
