Ppm Recruitment is seeking a Caretaker Lead to join our team in Winchester.

In this role, you will lead a team of cleaners and be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered across various sites within walking distance. Your duties will include supervising and leading the cleaning teams, responding promptly to issues, performing janitorial duties, and carrying out maintenance tasks such as porterage, minor repairs, and installing signage.

The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is £16.17, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to deliver high-quality services
  • Respond promptly to any issues related to cleaning services
  • Perform janitorial duties and planned maintenance tasks
  • Carry out maintenance tasks such as porterage, minor repairs, and installing signage
  • Work across local sites within walking distance
Requirements:
  • Experience in industry/public cleaning services (essential)
  • Previous experience in supervising teams
