About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our NHS 24 team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical supervision and support to our frontline staff.

Salary Details:

The salary for this position is between £39,912 and £48,635 per annum, with additional enhancements for working non-traditional hours. Our shift patterns command an average uplift of 33% in addition to the basic salary.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive telephone triage and clinical assessments to patients and their families.
  • Provide real-time clinical support to our frontline staff, ensuring safe and person-centred outcomes.
  • Facilitate access to accurate healthcare information and self-care advice or referrals to suitable care levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NMC registration as an Adult Nurse.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and leadership abilities.
  • Significant post-registration experience in acute or primary care environments.
Additional Benefits:
  • A permanent contract on Band 6.
  • Enhanced pay for out-of-hours work.
  • 35 days annual leave (increasing to 41 pro-rata).
