About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert surgical scrub nursing care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of theatre policies and procedures
  • Providing training and support to junior staff members
